Freetime is a family run business – We are a family run business owned and managed by two generations and we have family values at our core. Our offices and warehouse are based in Bristol and we offer a collection facility on some of our products.

Freetime Direct are suppliers of the commercial and professional leisure industry which means that our products simply have to be good quality. For example we supply products from our casino range to professionals in the poker and casino hire industry and tables from our table tennis range to sports clubs, schools and holiday parks, meaning that you can buy with confidence.

We offer a Minimum 12 Month Warranty on all our products - We are confident in the quality and durability of our products that we offer at least a 12 month warranty on every product. This is the minimum warranty and often we offer more - up to 10 years on some of our table tennis tables!! Rest assured that if anything goes wrong with your product we will be on hand to arrange repairs or to send replacements if required.

Up to date website and stock information - We update our website every single day in order to keep information current and correct. All products that are on the website are IN STOCK (unless otherwise stated) as of the most recent check (usually 8am that morning) so you do not need to worry about long delivery delays. We aim to process orders within the hour, speeding up despatch as much as is possible and cutting down delivery timescales.

Money back guarantee - You can return your product to us for any reason for a refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will receive a full refund minus the outward and return delivery costs. These will be charged to you at the actual cost to us and we do not charge any restocking fee or similar penalty for returning goods.
