Delivery Information Page We understand that receiving delivery of your product when ordering online can sometimes be a hassle. So we make every effort to ensure that this part of the transaction runs as smoothly as possible for you. We use premier national couriers and the UKs best specialist services to ensure that your product reaches you quickly and in good condition. If you have any special delivery instructions or requests then please enter them in the box provided during checkout. For more details please see the "Delivery Info" section on each product page.
Delivery Timescales All delivery timescales displayed on the website (both below and on the product pages) are accurate but not guaranteed. We meet our delivery timescales in over 99% of instances, however on occasion there are factors beyond our control that can cause delays.
Further Information Where a non-mainland UK address is supplied, you will need to either select the appropriate delivery option before checkout is completed or contact us first for a quote as advised. No guaranteed delivery time is given for any delivery and occasionally factors beyond our control will cause delays. The delivery times stated on the product adverts are met in over 99% of despatches. If you experience any delays then please contact us and we will do all that we can to expedite the despatch Premium Services (Saturday Deliveries, Timed Deliveries, Urgent Next Day) are available on some products but do carry an extra charge. Please contact us for details and prices. Collection We can offer a collection facility on many of our products. However our products are not all stored in our Bristol warehouse so please contact us in advance to check the address that a particular product would need to be collected from. At least 24 hours notice is usually required before your arrival so please contact us to make arrangements. Call or email for instructions when placing orders for collection
Please contact if you are unsure whether your postcode is subject to a surcharge. All non-mainland UK postcodes will be. If you do not select the appropriate surcharge at checkout or fail to contact us before placing an order to a non mainland UK address then we will contact you to inform you of the extra costs. At this time the customer has the right to cancel their order if they do not accept the stated surcharge. For Items Over 35kgs or those that require a specialist service Postcodes IV, AB, DD, PA, DG, TR, PL, EX, SA, CA, CT, NR and LL may all be subject to a surcharge. Please contact us for NI, ROI, British Isles and Overseas costs. Please see individual item specification as this cany vary depending on the product you are purchasing. For items Under 35kgs Highland Scotland, all of the offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and overseas will all be subject to a surcharge. On Receipt of Your Delivery A signature is required for delivery of most of our products. If a signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any charges associated with it. It is the responsibility of the customer to supply the correct delivery address on their accounts when the purchase is made. Freetime Direct cannot be held liable for loss of items if an incorrect delivery address is registered. Shipping costs can sometimes vary due to size, weight and location. Please check shipping costs prior to placing an order and during the checkout process as by doing so you agree to be bound by them. When you receive your item/s from our courier it is essential to check the packaging of your goods BEFORE signing the delivery note. If you have any reason to belive that the packaging has been affected during transit or the packaging looks in any way damaged, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you sign the delivery note as 'damaged' and notify us of this damage within 48 hours of receipt by email. You must also make sure that you contact us within 48hrs if the product itself has any courier damage, by emailing us at help@freetimedirect.co.uk. If we have had an item returned back to us due to non communication from the customer or supplying an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. |
